Robotics | age 12-18

Price:15€ | Duration: 12.07.2021 - 23.07.2021

We hear all the time that Robots will be integrated into our lives everywhere; whether in hospitals, factories, banks or in the agricultural industry. But are we not already surrounded by them? What makes the washing machine spin? What makes the light in the fridge turn on and the iRobot change direction when facing a wall? Understanding the inner logic of the Robots we already have will help us create the Robots of tomorrow. The curriculum is developed using a project-based learning method.

In our course, children will learn to code 3D Virtual Robots. Just like using a flight simulator, your child will have a lot of fun coding Robots to move through various 3D mazes while learning the basics of mechanics, physics and engineering.

Upon completion of the training students will be able to:

– understand the basics of robotics, algorithms, etc. with the help of a variety of practical activities

– develop important skills such as problem solving, attention to detail, patience and correcting mistakes.

Some of the topics that will be discussed during the training are:

Introduction to Robotics
Application of robots
Robot Simulators
Robot Antonymy
Senor and Actuators
Movement of robots
Anatomy of robots
Cybernetics and control
Simulation
Robot-robot interaction
